This policy explains how the Spalding Model Tractor & Construction Show (“the show”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit this website, buy a ticket, request a stand or contact us. The show is organised by Kerry Gooden and Daniel Hewitt, who are responsible for your information. You can contact us at spaldingmodeltractor@gmail.com.

What we collect

Ticket orders: your name, email address, billing address and order details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Stand booking requests: your name, trading or club name, email address, phone number and details of the space you need.
Contact messages: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
Mailing list: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
Website use: information about how the site is used, collected through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use it, and why we are allowed to

To process ticket orders and send your digital ticket — this is necessary to fulfil our contract with you.
To respond to stand requests, allocate space and take payment from exhibitors — necessary to enter into and fulfil a contract.
To reply to messages you send us — our legitimate interest in running the show and answering questions.
To send show news to our mailing list — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To keep financial records — to meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the show, such as our website host, payment provider and email services, and only as far as they need it to provide those services. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and booking records are kept for six years to meet accounting requirements. Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To do any of these, email spaldingmodeltractor@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
