These terms apply to tickets bought through this website and to stand bookings for the Spalding Model Tractor & Construction Show, held at Springfields Events & Conference Centre, Spalding.
Tickets
- Entry is paid on the door on the day, by card or cash. If advance tickets are offered, they are sent as a digital PDF to the email address used at checkout; please show it on your phone or bring a printed copy.
- Each ticket admits one person on the date shown, during the entry times for that ticket type.
- Under 16s are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult.
- If the show is cancelled, we will refund advance tickets in full. If it is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new date, or you can ask for a refund.
Stand bookings
- Sending a booking request does not guarantee a stand. Your booking is confirmed only once we have allocated your space and received payment.
- Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We cannot always guarantee a previous stand location.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own stock and displays, and for making sure anything they sell is accurately described.
At the show
- Please follow the instructions of the show team and venue staff.
- Photographs and video may be taken at the show for publicity and on this website.
- We may change the layout, exhibitors or timings where necessary.
