A booking request, not an instant checkout

We have moved to a booking request system rather than instant checkout. It helps us manage hall layouts, larger stands and regular traders a lot more easily.

From request to stand

Send a request
Tell us who you are, the type of space you need and what you will be bringing.
We plan the hall
We check the layout and come back to you with availability and a stand allocation.
Pay to confirm
Your stand is confirmed once payment has been received.

Spaces are first come, first served
We cannot always guarantee previous stand locations
Bookings are only confirmed once paid
The earlier you book, the easier it is to place you where you would like to be
